“This veterinarian’s office is the best I’ve ever been to. I’ve had pets my whole life and I can honestly say no other office has been so caring, so understanding, so willing to help my dogs than Pinecrest and specifically Dr Kelli. The staff is always welcoming and kind. They treat my dogs like they are their own dogs. They remember me and more importantly they remember my dogs—whether it’s been a week since we’ve been there or a year, they remember what issues we’ve been having, the treatments we have tried in the past. They don’t do unnecessary shots, X-rays, or any other procedures and they explain everything before they do it while allowing me to ask all my questions. I had to say good bye to my girl last year and they were so kind to me. If you’re looking for a vet who will treat you and your pets with the utmost respect, kindness and caring, Pinecrest is the place to go.

“I was really nervous to bring in my 11 large breed puppies, but everything went incredibly smoothly and I will be returning! I could tell everyone I came in to contact with was there for all the right reasons and truly loved animals! I had some unexpected expenses associated with the visit and was able to sign a payment contract and even though I was embarrassed I didn't have my debit card for the extra, they made me feel like this was no big deal and handed me the agreement with a smile.
